Collection: Old Vines

Vintage after vintage vines grow older and wiser, as their roots grow deeper into the soil, continuously adapting to their surroundings. On the surface they start producing less bunches per plant, of smaller but more concentrated berries.
This generally gives origin to more layered, complex and concentrated wines. 
For this collection we are considering wines produced from vines with more than 50 years old.
